Leslie Crook

Head Coach

Leslie Crook's coaching career begain in 1980 in Lufkin, TX at Lufkin High School as the Head Tennis coach for 3 years. Crook went on to coach at Westwood Country Club in Houston and Wharton High School from 1983-84 with several athletes advancing to Regionals. From there, Crook coached at A&M Consolidated in College Station for 10 years advancing the team to state taking 3rd in State. Before coming to the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD, Coach Crook spent 12 years in the Northwest ISD as the Tennis Coordinator.

Coach Crook started the tennis program at Chisholm Trail High School. In addition, she implemented the district youth program awarded with the 2017 USTA Texas Junior Excellence Program award. She also hold both awards for the 2017 Texas and National "No Cut" Coach of the Year.

Coach Crook holds a Bachelor of Science and Secondary in Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. In addition, she obtained her Master's in Education and Supervision from the University of Phoenix. Leslie has two adult children, Katie and Garrett.
