Kenneth Price

Head Coach - 12th Season

Coach Price played high school basketball at Glendale High School in Springfield, MO where he was named to McDonalds High School All American’s list. Price played college basketball at the University of Colorado. He gained looks from NBA teams such as Chicago Bulls, Philadelphia 76ers, and the Denver Nuggets. While with the Buffalo's, Price set Big 12 Conference three point shooting records in percentage and makes per game. As a junior with Colorado, Price earned Big 12 Newcomer of the Year honors for a season shooting 42% from the three point line making 3.3 three pointers a game, a full make better than the school’s previous best by current NBA standout Chauncey Billups.

In a memorable game, Price lit up the University of Texas in the Big 12 Tournament sinking 9 three-point shots from all over the floor. Price ended his collegiate career as the second all-time at Colorado in three-pointers made with 187. Price holds the school-best streak of 31 straight contests with a three from January 3, 1998 to January 13, 1999. After graduating, from the University of Colorado, the Missouri native was drafted to the European Basketball League. Price played professional basketball for two seasons in Finland, one in Mexico, and finished his final season setting records in Germany. Coach Price has coached semi-professional teams in Finland and Germany. In 2006, Coach Price accepted a head coaching job in Fort Worth, Texas at Southwest Christian College Preparatory School.  In his first year at Southwest Christian School he led the team to a 22-11 Bi-District Championship upsetting the number one seed Prestonwood Christian. In 2008, Coach Price joined Mike Hatch (former University of Oklahoma State Assistant Coach) to rebuild the Northwest High School basketball program. At Northwest High School they have raked in 102 wins and 48 loses. This includes a District Championship, Bi-District Championship, and a Coaching Staff of the Year award. Coach Price is married to his wife Cheryell Price and has two kids named Chania and Kaleb Price.

Dayton Barone

Assistant Coach - 16th Season

Coach Dayton Barone is in his 16th year of coaching. Prior to Coaching at Boswell, he was the head boys Basketball coach at Joshua and Kopperl, as well as serving as assistant Basketball coach at Maypearl for one year.  Coach Barone has coached teams that have won several district championships and has been named the District Head coach of the Year 3 times, he has also received a Regional Basketball Coach of the year award.  Coach Barone graduated from Cleburne High School and played college basketball in Tyler, TX before completing his degree at Tarleton State University.  Coach Barone has 4 children Tate, Emma, Ava, and Olivia.
