Boswell Makes Their Presence Known In Arkansas

Cross Country - Wed, Oct. 5, 2016

The Pioneers traveled to Arkansas to participate in the annual Chile Pepper Festival Saturday, October 1-2, 2016. The Varsity girls placed 25 out of 101 teams. Andrea Acuna led the way coming in 17th out of 653 runners, and a personal record of, 18:40.  The girls' team had great performance with Chloe Riley, Alex Pineda, Virginia Hernandez, and Sam Konen all coming in within 10 seconds of each other.  

The Varsity boys took 48 out of 99 teams.  Caleb Moniak placed 31 out of 624 runners with a time of, 16:02.  Jake Ismir ran a persona record of, 17:34.  Evan Lundsford also set a personal record with a time of 17:40.  Finally, Joseph Herlin also had a personal best of, 18:12.
